Experience

• Principal Research Officer, Solomon Islands 1972-1983
• served with UN Food and Agriculture Organisation and South Pacific Commission (now Secretariat for the Pacific Community)
• founding member and chairman of PestNet - an non-government organisation with 500 members providing, by email, the Pacific and Asia with information and advice on crop protection
• team leader, Workd Bank InfoDev project Linking Farmers to Crop Protection Networks, North Malaita Province, Solomon Islands .
